CEN Gold Subscription

1. Title: CEN Gold Subscription

2. Length of Subscription: Monthly auto-renewing subscription.

3. Price: $4.99 per month.

4. Benefits:

       • Unlimited access to all content within the United States.

       • Ad-free streaming experience.

CEN Silver Subscription

5. Title: CEN Silver Subscription

6. Length of Subscription: Free subscription with no renewal necessary.

7. Benefits:

        • Access to content with advertisements.

Auto-Renewal Details

       • The CEN Gold Subscription automatically renews each month unless auto-renew is          turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

       • Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

       • Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

      • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

      • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time

you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as

accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or

images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase

services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If

we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund

equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment

instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Third Party Goods and Services

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or

accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Subscriptions

Your subscription does not automatically renew. You will be notified before your next payment

is due and must authorize that payment in order for your subscription to continue.

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: C. Recurring Subscription. Your

subscription to the Service will continue month-to-month until you cancel your subscription,

or we terminate it (“Subscription”). You must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method

of payment (“Payment Method”) in order to subscribe to the Service. For the Service, we will

charge your Payment Method monthly, on the same day you activate the Service. The day of

your first monthly payment is your “Renewal Date.” For example, if your Renewal Date is on

the 15th of January, we will charge your Payment Method on the 15th of each subsequent

month. However, if your Renewal Date is on the 29th, 30th, or 31st in a given month, we will

charge your Payment Method on the first day of the following month. For example, if your

Renewal Date is on the 31st of January, we will charge your Payment Method for the following

month on February 1st. If we attempt to charge your Payment Method on the Renewal Date and

payment fails or is declined, then we may re-attempt to charge your Payment Method one or

more times within the following 30-day period. In these cases, we may, in our discretion,

suspend or reduce your Service to a minimum service level and change your Renewal Date to

the day the payment is successful, if any. We may also contact you during the same period

regarding the failed payments in an effort to ensure continued service. You agree to pay all fees

and charges for the subscription, nonrecurring charges, one-time purchases, taxes, fees,

surcharges, and assessments applicable to the Service.

Free Trial

We offer the following free trial of our services: Free Trials. We may offer free trials, including

but not limited to the Free 1st Year Subscription to the Culture Entertainment Network’s

“Platinum Package” Promotion to the Service to new customers. Unless otherwise stated in the

terms of an offer, free trial offers are available to new customers only, are not available to

customers who previously subscribed to the Service and are limited to one per customer. We

may terminate a free trial for conduct that we determine in our sole and absolute discretion to

be fraudulent or abusive. If your subscription to the Service starts with a free trial, you must

cancel prior to the end of the free trial, or your subscription will automatically renew for the

price in effect at the time you enrolled in the free trial or the then-prevailing rate.

At the end of your free trial, the following will occur: If your subscription to the Service starts

with a free trial, you must cancel prior to the end of the free trial, or your subscription will

automatically renew for the price in effect at the time you enrolled in the free trial or the then-

prevailing rate.

To cancel your free trial, please follow these steps: Cancellation/Refunds. You may cancel

Your Subscription to the Service at any time. To cancel your plan, log in to your account, go to

Plans & Payments, select Change or Cancel Plan, and then select Cancel Plan1. Any charges

incurred will relate to the plan you’ve selected, either monthly or annually.

You must cancel your Subscription to the Service before it renews each month in order to avoid

charging the next month’s Subscription fee to your Payment Method. If you cancel your

Subscription to the Service before the end of your Subscription Period, you will immediately be

charged an “Early Termination Fee” for the remainder of the Period. However, we do not

provide refunds or credits for any partial periods. If you cancel after your Renewal Date, you

will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your renewal cycle.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

 Credit Card;

 PayPal; and

 Debit.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to

the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment

information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the

right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Refunds

Refunds for Services

We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:

 You must cancel your Subscription to the Service before it renews each month in order to

avoid charging the next month’s Subscription fee to your Payment Method. If you cancel

your Subscription to the Service before the end of your Subscription Period, you will

immediately be charged an “Early Termination Fee” for the remainder of the Period.

However, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial periods. If you cancel after

your Renewal Date, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of

your renewal cycle.

Consumer Protection Law

Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded,

these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.

These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that

legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the

mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Our Site contains links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are

not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked

subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities

and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Applicable Law

Entertainment Network, LLC are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion,

then you and Culture Entertainment Network, LLC agree to submit the issue before an

arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any arbitrator must be a

neutral party acceptable to both you and Culture Entertainment Network, LLC. The costs of any

arbitration will be shared equally between you and Culture Entertainment Network, LLC.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Culture

Entertainment Network, LLC agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small

claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be

inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be

removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the

removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain

compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way

we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms
